ORDERS

How soon can I get my order?

Most of our orders are shipped 2-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date, via USPS First Class Mail. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

 

How do I care for my product?

Our bibs are dishwasher safe, just snap the bib closed and place it in the top rack of your dishwasher. We recommend hand washing our printed bibs to protect the sheen and shine, although they are dishwasher safe. We always recommend washing our bibs with free & clear soap to avoid any rashes.

Do you have a warranty?

We provide 3 months warranty from the time of order if the items are defective. We do not provide warranty on normal wear and tear. PLEASE follow cleaning instructions listed on this website. Warranty is nullified if care instructions are not followed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What items are returnable?

Items are returnable if they meet the following requirements:

• Within 14 days from the date of purchase
• In unused and resalable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What is the window of time I can return my item?

We are happy to accept returns for items purchased at coleandgwen.com within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Can I make an exchange?

At this time, we cannot accept exchanges. If you’d like to purchase a new color, you may return your items and place a new order online.
